Job Description
As a Guest Services Team Member, you will be the wizard of welcoming, the maestro of memories, and the guardian of guest satisfaction. From the moment guests arrive until their departure, you will ensure a smooth check‐in and check‐out, provide high‐quality services throughout their stay, and maintain a positive image of the hotel.
Responsibilities
* Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure, ensuring check‐in and check‐out are done accurately and efficiently.
* Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.
* Provides assistance to guests in the restaurant and bar.
* Helps meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
* Promotes the hotel's offer and helps to meet the department's quantitative targets through sales efforts.
* Looks after breakfast, restaurant and bar operations.
* Implements brand and Group projects and identity features.
* Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
* Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible.
* Conveys a good hotel image.
* Respects the reservation commitments in full.
Requirements & Skills
* Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Team and Working Environment
* You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand.
* You will make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive until the minute they leave.
