What You'll Be Doing
Lead and empower a passionate multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred allied health services.
Provide structured supervision, coaching, and capability-building to support clinical excellence across the team.
Maintain a small clinical caseload (optional), aligned to your discipline—OT, SP, PT, Psych or BSP.
Oversee service delivery, outcomes, compliance, and NDIS requirements to ensure safe, ethical practice.
Support staff, clients, and stakeholders by addressing concerns collaboratively and proactively.
Manage key performance processes including leave, attendance, wellbeing, professional learning, and injury management.
Step in as Acting Manager during periods of leave to ensure continuity of leadership.
Build strong relationships with community partners, referrers, and external networks; attend relevant forums and meetings.
Ensure compliance with all mandatory reporting and organisational policies.
Work flexibly and in a mobile capacity according to client and operational needs.
What You'll Bring
A degree and registration in any Allied Health discipline or an NDIS registered Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Previous operational leadership with responsibility for performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives is desirable.
Previous experience leading allied health teams.
Strong understanding of the disability sector and client needs.
Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with contemporary theoretical and practice models in allied health.
Experience identifying and implementing quality improvements (desirable but not essential).
WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, driver's license and unrestricted Australian working rights.
