About The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson to join our Asset Services team based in Hendra, servicing clients across Greater Brisbane.
The ideal candidate will understand regulations in commercial and corporate settings and will be comfortable supporting specialised trades.
As a Handyperson, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performing general handyperson duties and hands-on repairs, including minor painting and plastering, carpentry, cabinetry repairs, minor landscaping, minor concreting, caulking, waste removal, and general maintenance.
Tiling or Plastering experience is highly desirable.Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all communications and responding to matters in a timely manner.Working independently as well as part of a team.Promptly responding to the Service Delivery Manager regarding allocations for reactive repairs.Executing scheduled preventive and reactive maintenance programs as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.Collaborating with other divisions and technicians to support overall operations.Conducting general maintenance checks and repairs as requested by clients.Writing short reports on work-in-progress and completed jobs for invoicing purposes.Being flexible to work on an on-call rotating roster.About YouAre you the person we need?

Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology, including Apple iPads, iPhones, and applications for timesheets, job allocations, and reporting.
