The Opportunity
We're looking for two energetic, capable Customer Service Coordinators to join our Carrum Downs team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is not a passive call‐centre role. You'll be at the centre of the action, supporting sales, production, logistics, and customers across Australia. If you enjoy variety, problem‐solving, and being relied on, this role will suit you.
We're looking for people who can hit the ground running, bring positive energy, and take ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, resellers, and internal stakeholders
* Manage end‐to‐end customer enquiries, orders, and issue resolution
* Provide accurate pricing, delivery timelines, and product information
* Enter and manage orders, quotes, and invoices within the ERP system
* Support Business Development Managers with timely, accurate administration
* Coordinate quoting, follow‐ups, and quote tracking
* Assist with estimating and preparation of accurate quotes
* Liaise with Production, Logistics, Finance, IT, and Procurement teams
* Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer experience
About You
* Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role (essential)
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, operational environment
* Experience in manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure (highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Experience using Epicor (highly regarded) or confident using a tier 1 ERP system.
* A proactive team player with a can‐do attitude
* Someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering great service
