DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Northbridge is seeking a
Commis Chef
to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen. Located in the heart of Perth, the hotel offers guests modern amenities, a rooftop pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, and a new bar and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Producing food for guests efficiently, economically, and hygienically
Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests
About You / Qualifications
Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with background in the grill, banquet, breakfast, preparation sections
Strong technical abilities, reliable, flexible, and works well under pressure
Skilled in time management and organisation
