Achieve Something Great
Make your impact where it matters most — in the everyday lives of children and families.
As a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist in our vibrant community health team, you'll champion the growth, confidence, and independence of children aged 0–12 years, working shoulder‐to‐shoulder with families, educators, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
This is your chance to shape early development, lead innovative practice, and bring your expertise to a service that values creativity, connection, and child‐centred care.

Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for someone who thrives in an environment where curiosity, initiative, and collaboration drive everything we do

* Community leadership — Guide and mentor emerging clinicians while driving best practice across paediatric services.
* Family‐centred impact — Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to create meaningful, achievable goals.
* Diverse caseload — Support children with developmental, sensory, motor, and participation needs across home, school, and community settings.
* Collaborative practice — Work alongside speech pathologists, physios, nurses, and allied health assistants in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
* Professional growth — Access ongoing training, supervision, and leadership opportunities within NSW Health.
