The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join the dedicated HR team. This pivotal role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates, and helping us attract outstanding staff who share our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
* Draft and publish job adverts across relevant platforms.
* Manage applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with safeguarding and employment legislation.
* Conduct pre-employment checks, including references and DBS processing.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR documentation.
* Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administration role (education sector experience is a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* A proactive and professional approach, with high attention to detail.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
* A genuine interest in education and supporting a positive school environment.
