Graduate Provisional Psychologist Role
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our two-year Graduate Program. As a Graduate Provisional Psychologist, you will work with a team of allied health professionals to support clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide initial assessment, testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment
* Conduct new employment vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support
* Assess and report on psychological functional capacities and complete psychological functional assessments
* Conduct intelligence testing and reporting
* Assess and make recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on ability to work

Requirements:
* Hold a Master's degree in Psychology
* Be eligible for Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA upon graduating
* Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
* Pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment
* Have full Australian working rights
* Hold a full drivers' license, own vehicle, and comprehensive insurance
