This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing, well regarded Facilities Management provider, coordinating and delivering service excellence to a key client.
The role:
- Coordinate activities to ensure effective, efficient maintenance performance (planning, scheduling, CMMS management)
- Manage audit and continuous improvement programs
- Formulate, implement, evaluate and adjust strategic plans to ensure success of the contract
- Analyse data, situations and performance reports to resolve issues, forecast trends and propose / implement management strategies and make decisions on complex operational and commercial issues
- Ensure compliance and take a visible lead role in developing relationships with the client
- Monitor and evaluate the contract budget, operational performance, service and quality standards
- Mentor, lead and coach direct reports

- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management and Leadership Development or a Degree in Engineering / Construction
