About the Role:

The Graphic Designer delivers end-to-end creative services supporting the Minister for Education, Training and Skills’ communication priorities and objectives.

The position works closely with the Minister, Chief of Staff, Advisers, and public sector staff in the Office of the Minister. It requires a high level of initiative, collaboration, responsiveness, flexibility, resilience, and customer-focused service to diverse audiences and changing priorities.

In a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment, the role demands adaptability and efficiency across multiple projects, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Special Conditions:

The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) before employment, which must be renewed every five years. They will also need to undertake RRHAN–EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) or online Fundamentals course, updated every three years.

Remuneration:

ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE) plus superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
