Graze Balgownie is seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Butcher to join our team full-time.
This is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term career in the retail meat industry while completing a Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher).

About the Role
* Full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Weekend work required
* On-the-job training with experienced butchers
* Completion of Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)
You will gain hands-on experience in:
* Preparing and presenting meat products
* Assisting with cutting and processing
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
* Stock handling and product display
* Providing customer service and product advice
