We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Inventory Manager to take responsibility for stock control, storeroom operations and supplier management at our site.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with operations while developing robust systems and processes.
About the Role
Maintain accurate stock levels through stocktakes, cycle counts and system checks
Manage purchase orders and supplier relationships
Receive, put away and allocate stock for projects
Optimise storeroom and warehouse layout for safety and efficiency
Drive system accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Support WHS compliance and company policies
What We're Looking For
Proven background in inventory management (warehouse/storeroom setting)
Experience with inventory systems (DEAR, Cin7, Unleashed, Xero-integrated tools)
Confident with Microsoft Excel and reporting (intermediate to advanced)
Success in implementing inventory management systems (please list systems used)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel in particular)
Warehouse layout experience
Physically receiving stock
Put-away and stock allocation
Stock takes and cycle counting
Maintaining system accuracy
Strong communication skills, with a practical and collaborative approach
