Project Controls Manager
Location: Brisbane, QLD (or Perth, WA). Telework Type: Part‐time telework.

As a Project Controls Manager you will lead a team to manage cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, forecasting, and planning/scheduling activities for a project.
Major Responsibilities
* Manage cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities.
* Develop and present project/program estimates and cost forecasts.
* Support project/program organizational and administrative activities.
* Provide non‐routine cost engineering, planning and scheduling guidance.
* Identify and provide innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
* Review Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations.
* Review contract drafts for adequacy of cost and scope definition and Project Controls requirements.
* Coordinate development of all data in support of negotiations.
* Provide oversight, training, mentoring, and ensure capability of Project Risk Coordinator(s) and Project Risk Specialist(s).
* Lead integration of the risk management process with other key project procedures (e.g., Change Management, Forecasting, Cost, Trends, and Claims).
Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13‐15 years of relevant experience, or 17‐19 years of relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Prior experience in a client representation role preferred.
* Previous experience in an EPC or EPCM scope required.
* Proficiency with PC operating systems and several basic software applications.
* Knowledge of financial reporting systems and controller account codes.
* Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
* Knowledge of engineering and construction management.
* Proficiency in existing data sources, Excel, and delivering outputs in Power BI.
* Knowledge of supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non‐technical personnel.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with peers, external customers, and client counterparts.
