THE SALT MILL is seeking casual Baristas to join our team, at 2 of our locations in Currumbin (QLD) & Kingscliff (Northern NSW) .
Hours range from 25 to 35 hours per week.
To be considered for this role you must:
* Be available to work over both weekend days and a variety of shifts/days/hours
* Have minimum 2 years barista experience in a high paced environment
* Have a solid understanding of specialty coffee
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Be able to maintain a clean and organised work space
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive BARISTA that will be able to work autonomously & within a fun team environment. Part of the role will be assisting with general cafe duties, restocking, cleaning, operating point of sale.
