Randstad Digital are currently working with a fantastic Brisbane based client to find a Technical Business Analyst to join their team for a 6-month initial contract. You will play a pivotal role in the delivery phase of a major parking optimisation initiative, ensuring seamless system integration and an enhanced user experience across a complex digital ecosystem. This is a great opportunity to apply your technical expertise to high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
What You Will Do:
* Elicit, document, and analyse complex integration requirements to ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
* Transform technical requirements into detailed integration specification artefacts, mapping documents, and configuration needs.
* Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for functional, non-functional, and SIT testing.
* Execute and analyse results for SIT testing while ensuring full traceability from requirements through to defect management.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in the execution of go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition and post-launch stability.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
* Demonstrated experience with API knowledge, data modelling concepts, and the creation of data flow diagrams.
* Experience within a higher education environment and a strong working knowledge of its specific system architecture.
* Proficiency in using JIRA for tracking requirements and a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance.
* Ability to incorporate security-by-design principles and anticipate impacts across interconnected, complex ecosystems.
* Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while managing competing priorities.
