About the Role
Dedicated Petrol & Convenience territory role. Covering Sutherland Shire to Bankstown (South & Southwest Sydney). Achieve and exceed individual sales targets across volume, distribution and account base. Work collaboratively with the broader sales team to grow account base and market opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and grow a defined P&C territory, executing account and channel plans
* Drive distribution of core products and ensure in-store compliance across fridge, POS and promotional standards
* Build and execute off-location displays and monthly merchandising plans
* Manage customer relationships with professionalism, confidence and robust conflict resolution
* Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
* Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Managers and National Account Managers
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years field sales experience, ideally within FMCG
* Proven retail and/or sales background (essential)Strong merchandising skills — confident building displays and executing planograms
* Well-developed selling skills including planning and implementing commercial programs
* Robust communication, customer service and conflict management skills
* Retail management background highly regarded
* Genuine hunger for career progression and a track record of initiative and drive
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel across the territory daily
