Responsibilities
Work across all stations as needed and perform daily preparation.
Manage organization, food safety, cleanliness, stock rotation, inventory control, cost and waste management.
Oversee dishes being served and plated to ensure high standards and uniform presentation.
Create menus, plan, and propose weekly specials reflecting seasonal ingredients.
Multitask, react to situations, and think on your feet.
Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Trade-qualified chef with experience in a small, fast-paced kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to commit to a long-term position and work well in a small team.

Up to 5 shifts per week, daytime hours only (6am – 2:30pm).
No split shifts.
