Responsibilities include compliance, recruitment, performance management, remuneration, culture, workforce planning, learning and development, organization design, employee relations, mediation, and strategic initiatives.Working as a key advocate within Avant Practice Solutions, you will shape employment service delivery, develop team processes, and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.Responsibilities include:Providing exceptional HR advice and leadership to clientsManaging HR advisory roles for medical practices and doctorsAnalyzing HR needs and recommending solutionsExecuting projects aligned with Avant Practice Solutions’ goalsSupporting staff management in private practicesAdapting to varied practice needsPromoting engagement and continuous improvementThe PMC team manages projects such as:Organizational reviews and mentoringGap analyses and start-up projectsBusiness and change managementAccreditation support and business planningDevelopment of health employment servicesKey responsibilities include:Building and managing efficient service modelsDesigning and managing operations and service deliveryDelivering projects within budget and KPIsSupporting HR needs in practices, including queries, awards, structures, mediation, and legal complianceAnalyzing operations and reporting on performanceContributing to team performance and growth initiativesPromoting APS services and developing client relationshipsEnhancing team capabilities and maintaining high moraleSuccess in this role requires:Customer service focus and HR understanding, preferably in healthcareLeadership and relationship-building skillsExperience managing performance and grievancesProficiency with MS Office and analytical toolsProblem-solving, planning, and organizational skillsKnowledge of workplace legislation and governanceStrong communication, initiative, resilience, and professionalismAdditional details:- Employment type: Full-time- Industry: Insurance- Seniority level: Not Applicable
