Building Auditor
The role of a Building Auditor is multifaceted and crucial to the success of our organization. This highly skilled professional will play a pivotal part in collecting and analyzing data on the condition of various buildings across Tasmania.
* Conduct thorough assessments of mechanical, electrical and building systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
* Identify and record data on the type, location, and condition of relevant fixtures, systems, and building fabrics.
* Provide detailed reports and data capture for assessments as required.
* Engage with colleagues to maintain accuracy and verify data quality.
* Taking precise measurements and sketching basic floor plans.
Successful candidates will have extensive experience conducting inspections and data capture projects, access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's license, and a willingness to travel. Furthermore, they will possess current registration to work with vulnerable people, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
* Proficiency in using smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.
