Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing expert-level guidance and strategic support to organisations in developing and implementing effective IT service management strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
* Develop and lead the implementation of organisational-level IT service management strategy and policy.
* Establish and maintain the organisation's policy for change management in live services and test environments.
* Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with IT service delivery.
Main Objectives
* Sustain adherence to industry standards and ensure consistent execution of processes across the organisation.
* Determine and direct ICT incident management strategy, defining policies and standards aligned with organisational goals.
* Provide critical advice and leadership during major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to minimise impact and ensure swift recovery.
