An opportunity for a Contracts Administrator is now available to join a leading team based in Adelaide. In this role, the successful applicant will play a crucial part in delivering efficient and timely contractual, commercial, administrative, and procedural support. This position presents an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to advance their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Offer contractual and administrative assistance
2. Maintain and update contract records
3. Provide assistance with the evaluation of tenders and other contractual documents
4. Assist in fulfilling ad hoc customer requests, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
5. Assist with internal fleet deliveries, registrations and renewals
6. Process invoices and support the remediation of infringements
Selection Criteria
1. Preferred tertiary qualifications in supply chain or business administration or relevant experience
2. Prior experience in administration within manufacturing or government sectors is advantageous
3. Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proactive approach and strong organisational abilities
4. Proficient in analytical thinking, negotiation, prioritisation, and fostering customer relations
