Role Purpose
As a Sales Manager at Capricorn, you'll lead a passionate field sales team, championing growth, connection, and performance across your zone. You'll be the driving force behind achieving sales targets, strengthening partnerships, and delivering value that matters.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Build trusted relationships with Members and suppliers to support their success.
* Drive strategic sales initiatives while keeping a close eye on budgets and performance.
