Our client, **UPVC Windows World**, is an industry-leading company strongly committed to making homes secure, energy-efficient, and aesthetically appealing. A family-run and owned business, headquartered in Sydney, they specialise in premium German-engineered UPVC windows and doors manufacturing and installation services. Serving Australian homeowners for over 25 years with excellence as the cornerstone of their service, they are a name customers trust.
**And right now, we're looking for an individual to join the UPVC Windows World team as their Regional Sales Consultant** to service the southern highlands, southern tablelands, Canberra and the central west.
**Who are you?**
Well, you're likely to have in-home sales experience across any of the energy efficiency sectors, like solar, utilities, air-conditioning or even double-glazing. maybe you've also built referral partnerships with builders, architects, specifiers and designers. **Importantly, people most likely describe you as**:

- A genuinely good asker of questions and a listener;
- You're a confident communicator - whether in the office or on-site;
- You're driven. You love to achieve. **Kicking sales goals is your jam**;

- Being stuck in an office drives you insane;
- You know that 'ad-lib is for amateurs' - you love a consistent sales process;
- You're optimistic and resilient - but nobody's fool;
- Meeting the customer's needs is important - but you'll stand your ground when appropriate;

**The gig**
Based in a shared office in Goulburn, and reporting to the managing director, Sherry Kundi, this is a brand recent role, which will see you establishing the company's presence in the regions. Your days will see you:
- Generating and managing leads through public displays, referrals and ad campaigns;
- Managing measures and quotes;
- Negotiating with prospects;
- Closing sales;
- Liaising with the manufacturing centre in Bathurst;
- Some days will be worked from the office in Goulburn - some on the road.
