As part of a dedicated team of Creative Lifestyle Facilitators and local volunteers, you will have the opportunity to craft meaningful experiences for our residents. Whether it's **music, movement, arts, storytelling, or interactive games**, your unique talents will help create a vibrant and fulfilling environment.
We are looking for someone who is **warm, engaging, and client-focused**, with a genuine passion for enriching the lives of others. Whether you have experience facilitating group activities or simply have a creative skill or hobby you'd love to share, we would love to hear from you!
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Planning and facilitating **individual and group creative lifestyle activities** tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and care staff to **assess and meet social, cultural, and spiritual needs**.
- Ensuring that all residents, including those unable to participate in group activities, feel supported and engaged.
- Providing **technical assistance**, such as setting up virtual meetings or digital engagement tools.
- Building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.
