Job Description As our Clinical Services Coordinator, you will lead and inspire a dedicated clinical team to deliver high-quality, resident-focused care.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring our residents receive person-centred, tailored support that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life.
What you will do: Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team, including Registered and Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers Oversee the creation, review, and monitoring of individual care plans, ensuring care is person-centred and responsive to resident needs Build strong relationships with residents and families engaging them in care and service delivery Mentor and coach clinical staff, supporting their ongoing development Take charge of the care centre in the absence of the Residence and Clinical Manager, providing direction and oversight Support clinical assessments for admissions and ongoing care, and coordinate with General Practitioners and Allied Health Providers Identify and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislative and clinical standards Contribute to staff orientation, training, and performance recognition Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing for residents, staff, and visitors Please click here to view the full job description.
Qualifications About You: You'll bring experience working in a clinical environment, along with a strong understanding of the aged care sector in Australia.
In addition, you'll draw on your leadership expertise, demonstrated through your success leading clinical or health care teams.
