Before and After School Care Coordinator – Christian College Drysdale Campus | All-Star Kids (New Service)
Permanent Part-Time | Above-Award Pay
Are you ready to lead a thriving OSHC program with a team that genuinely cares?
All-Star Kids is looking for a passionate, organised and community-focused Centre Manager to lead our OSHC services in Drysdale at the beautiful Christian College Campus.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves working with children, building relationships with families, and mentoring a small, supportive team.
The role is to commence ASAP so please don't delay in applying
Why You'll Love Working With Us
At All-Star Kids, community isn't a buzzword — it's who we are. We're proudly Geelong-born and family-run, not a big corporate provider. That means:
* You'll actually know your leadership team (and they'll know you too).
* You'll get mentoring, training and support from people who care about your growth.
* You'll be part of a team that's involved in school events, local initiatives, and plenty of staff bonding days — from team dinners to end-of-term celebrations.
* You'll earn above-award wages, enjoy access to our employee benefits program, and never have to deal with unpaid overtime.
The Role
As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of our Before and After School Care program. You'll work closely with our Program Manager and Director to create a fun, engaging and safe environment where children can learn, play and connect.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring your OSHC team with positivity and professionalism
* Building strong partnerships with families, school staff and the wider community
* Overseeing planning, programming and compliance (NQF, MTOP, CCS)
* Managing daily operations including rosters, enrolments and communication
* Supporting children's wellbeing and inclusion through responsive practice
* Opportunity to support at our Holiday Programs in Belmont & Torquay
About You
You're an enthusiastic educator and natural leader who's passionate about creating a place children can't wait to attend. You value teamwork, reflection, and bringing creativity to your program every day.
You'll ideally have:
* A Diploma or higher in Children's Services, OSHC, or equivalent. You can be working towards this and we can offer traineeships.
* Experience working with children or desire to.
* WWCC (Employee), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma training - we can help obtain these.
* Understanding of NQF, MTOP and compliance frameworks (preferred)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
What We Offer
* Above-award pay rates and additional employee perks
* Ongoing mentoring and professional development
* A close-knit, values-driven team that genuinely supports one another
* Leadership opportunities across multiple schools and vacation care programs
* Flexibility — we understand life happens outside of work too
