Job Overview
Fleet SHEQ Advisor plays a pivotal role in upholding our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies within the fleet management workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our company's success.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment
* Develop and implement effective safety procedures and policies to minimize workplace risks
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards and protocols
* Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar SHEQ position
* Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals and objectives
* Mechanical or workshop experience
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements
