As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. You'll be upholding high standards of service and food presentation, while working strategically to drive performance, foster team development, and support the overall success of the restaurant

What we are looking for:
- At least 3 years management experience within the hospitality industry
- Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences
- Strong understanding of financials including budgets, forecasting and labour costs
- Great leadership skills along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
- Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
- Strong knowledge of OH&S;/WH&S;
- A current RSA Certificate
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
