About the role
The Digital Domain Architect role is responsible for the architecture driving the experiences used by our members and their employers and financial advisors, as well the internal teams supporting and enabling them.
In the role, you will govern all aspects of the architecture, riding the 'architect elevator' to refine application and technology strategy with business and technology leaders, explore solutions with cross-functional teams, and remain connected to engineering teams during implementation.
To be successful
You will need strong business, technology, and engineering acumen. Experience working in cultures with strong business & technology partnership is highly valued, as is the nous to work closely with engineering teams. You will have great communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the influencing & facilitation skills to support great decision making. You will be familiar with digital architectures that drive both unassisted & assisted channels, including off-the-shelf business applications and AWS or Azure technologies for custom developed applications.
