We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Earthmoving Plant Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in operating a range of heavy machinery in civil, construction, and/or earthworks projects.

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a critical role in providing leadership to the team, alongside the hands-on element of operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bobcats, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and dump trucks. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate completion of earthmoving tasks across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 * Operate a variety of earthmoving equipment, including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, rollers, and dump trucks.
 * Perform routine inspections and maintenance including pre-start checks to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
 * Perform safe and efficient operation to meet project timelines and quality standards.
 * Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.
 * Follow company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirements at all times.
 * Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to achieve project goals.
 * Manage material handling, grading, and site preparation tasks efficiently.
 * Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
 * Proven experience as an Earthmoving Plant Operator using a wide range of equipment.
 * Ability to read and execute site plans
 * Experience using GPS technology
 * Drivers Licence – HR or HC
 * Construction White Card
 * Relevant licenses/certifications, e.g., Heavy Equipment Operator Licence.
 * Strong understanding of operating procedures and safety protocols.
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
