I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experienced RAC Manager to run a 100 bed facility.Position: Residence ManagerLocation: Northern Rivers, NSWRemuneration: $neg on experience + Super & Bonus Scheme About the Role The facility's General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents.
This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
