Job Description
As a Key Account professional, you will be the face of our business while delivering exceptional customer service and impressions. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish
2. Engage with key stakeholders to deliver timely outcomes for customers
3. Assess and finalize claims payments in a timely and accurate manner
4. Provide exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication, and inquiries
5. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality management of claims
Requirements
* Strong claims or administration skills are beneficial
* A background in the Power tool Industry is highly regarded but not essential
* High attention to detail and drive to succeed
* Highly organized with exceptional communication skills
* Able to always deliver an excellent customer service experience
* Drive and determination to deliver the best outcomes and results
