Key Responsibilities
* Provide reception services by assisting contractors, suppliers and internal employees.
* Assist the management team with contract and work order correspondence and follow up on work performed.
* Process all service and maintenance requests.
* Responsible for contractor sign in and access control for external stakeholders.
* Processing all accounts payable documents and records in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.
* General administration support for the department.
About You
* Demonstrated administrative experience within construction or building maintenance industries.
* Exposure to basic finance administration tasks such as processing invoices.
* Experience with BEIMS highly desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High level of interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
