Key Sales Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our Liberty Homes team, selling newly built, turnkey homes.

Responsibilities:
* Managing qualified buyer enquiries
* Conducting open inspections and private viewings
* Guiding clients through the sales process from first visit to settlement
* Maintaining accurate sales records and client communication
* Collaborating with marketing and construction teams to ensure a smooth handover experience
A successful candidate will have real estate sales experience, a deep understanding of the residential housing market in North, South and Hills growth corridors, a positive attitude, professional presentation, focused drive, excellent communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong organisational and time management skills.
