Sales Support & Administration – Prestige Residential Real Estate

Location: Bundall

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you an experienced and polished sales support administrator with a passion for real estate? Join a leading prestige residential agency and become an integral part of a high-performing, boutique team delivering exceptional service and results to our valued clients.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment. This is a key support role within our business, providing seamless coordination and back-office efficiency for our sales agents and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare listing presentations, sales documentation, contracts, and agency agreements
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders professionally and promptly
* Manage CRM records, advertising schedules, online listings and marketing material
* Coordinate open homes, appointments, signage, brochures, and photographer bookings
* Provide day-to-day office administration including reception, database management, filing and stock ordering
* Ensure all aspects of each property campaign are executed with precision and polish

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in a real estate office as a sales support administrator
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and pride in presentation
* Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Confidence and capability in the following programs and platforms:

* Agentbox

* Realworks
* Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Canva
* PropertyMe (if property management support is required)
* DocuSign

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience supporting prestige or high-value property campaigns
* Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Cert IV in Real Estate (preferred but not essential)
* Professional presentation and a discreet, client-first approach
