Availability: Monday to Friday, 10+ hours per day (including travel). Weekend work may be required.

We're looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in challenging and highly emotive environments. In this role, you will:
* Provide frontline support to communities impacted by disasters
* Serve customers in a professional and compassionate manner, including those in distress
* Deliver services both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure a positive customer experience
* Display resilience when handling enquiries and complaints from distressed customers
* Communicate clearly and confidently, even under pressure
* Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes
* Act with integrity, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of customer information
* Travel as needed within Recovery Centres in the designated regional areas
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in customer service roles (minimum 1 year)
* Experience in providing support to people experiencing trauma
* Strong computer and basic technical skills to assist with digital transactions
* Ability to work in high-volume, high-pressure environments
* A current Class C Drivers Licence
* Commitment to working 5+ days/week, 10+ hours/day, and on weekends if required
