About the role:

Join us on the sweet side We're searching for a dynamic State Territory Manager to manage our Melbourne East Independents territory covering Melbourne's East, South-East (Brighton/Bentleigh and surrounding areas) & designated regional areas (Lorne/Warrnambool, Albury/Shepparton and surrounding areas).

This customer-facing role is all about maximizing sales, optimizing product distribution, and delivering outstanding in-store execution.

Key responsibilities include

* Executing Lindt priorities, including upselling to all customers.
* Grow sales & brand presence-optimize distribution, drive in store execution, and secure prime shelf space
* Driving new product distribution targets
* Develop strong customer relationships-influence decision-makers and negotiate key placements
* Deliver Perfect Store execution-ensure displays meet our premium standards
* Collaborate with key stakeholders-work cross-functionally to implement innovative retail solutions

What you'll bring:

* Sales and/or FMCG experience, preferred-Independent grocery/or
Supermarkets including store or department management
* Ability to interpret sales data, identify patterns, and analyse market trends to make informed decisions to drive business growth & improve performance
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive customer engagement
* Commercial acumen & negotiation skills-you know how to sell & close deals
* Highly self-motivated and able to work as a part of a high performing team
* Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Valid Driver's Licence is essential

(It's essential to be physically capable of lifting stock to construct displays and utilise Lindt's premium point-of-sale materials)
