The Role
This is a full ownership Store Manager role reporting to an experienced Area Manager. You'll be responsible for leading the store, driving performance, and creating a strong customer experience every day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving sales, KPIs and store profitability
* Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing retail team
* Maintaining strong visual, operational and safety standards
* Managing stock control, inventory accuracy and store processes
* Creating a positive store culture where the team enjoys coming to work
What We're Looking For
You're a retailer through and through - someone who understands how to motivate people and keep a store running at its best.
You'll likely bring:
* Experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
* Proven success in a KPI and sales-driven retail environment
* Strong team leadership and coaching ability
* Confidence managing stock, operations and store standards
* A genuine passion for customer service and retail leadership
