Accounts & Payroll Administrator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Payroll Administrator to support multiple hospitality businesses within a dynamic environment.
* Manage accounts receivable, including credit applications, monitoring payments, and reconciliations.
* Process accounts payable, reconcile supplier statements, and manage payment runs.
* Support payroll administration (fortnightly payroll, onboarding/offboarding, month-end reporting).
* Assist with cash flow, POS system support, and other finance projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration
* Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Payroll Management
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management
* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth business operations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve working capital and reduce costs.
Technology Support
* Provide technical assistance and training on accounting software and systems.
* Solve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
