Job Title: Children's Publishing Coordinator
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our children's publishing team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, including coordinating meetings, assisting with room bookings, updating databases and systems, entering eligible books in literary awards, processing invoices and expenses, providing reports, sales data, and costings, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
About the Role:
* This is a dynamic role that requires strong time management and prioritisation skills, as well as a high standard of literacy, both verbal and written, and a passion for children's books.
* The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys supporting others, has previous administrative experience, and a love of reading, as well as an interest in the book industry.
* Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office is also required.
