About the Role
* Manage and support services aligned with care recipients' needs and professionals' availability.
* Provide effective leadership, training, and supervision to staff within a structured framework.
* Drive continuous improvement across all areas of service delivery and operations.
* Oversee aged care service management including clinical governance, operational systems, marketing, compliance, and reporting.
* Ensure financial management practices align with program provisions and funding limits.
* Develop and manage audit schedules to ensure certification and adherence to compliance standards.
* Build and maintain relationships with care recipients, families, and community stakeholders.
* Provide regular operational updates and strategic insights to support business growth and compliance.
* Participate in on-call and travel requirements as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong background in aged care, health or community services management, with in-depth knowledge of quality standards and demonstrated leadership experience.
Essential Criteria
* Certificate IV or above in Community Services, Aged Care or equivalent.
* Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or valid clearance).
* National Police Check (current or willingness to obtain).
* Valid Driver's Licence.
