**About the Role**
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts as set as agreed for wholesale sales activities.
- Contribute to the setting of sales budgets & metrics for the state based on business requirements and MOU agreements.
- Develop Wholesale and channel strategies to achieve sales volumes targets as set and agreed.
- Execute against strategy to deliver profitable sales results and sustainable growth focusing on key partnerships.
- Develop, manage and monitor effective working relationships with external sales agent networks and builder partners (B2B).
- Develop strong relationships & work closely with key project and broader business stakeholders.(B2B)
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and managing the performance of key national channel sales agents as the representative for Stockland as agreed.
- Effectively communicate clearly the B2B Wholesale, targets, tactics and performance measures to the broader residential management and business teams as required.
- Provide thought leadership on strategic issues.
- Develop effective sales reporting, lead pipeline analysis and sales forecasting to improve accuracy, predictability and insight between Stockland and wholesale (B2B) partners.
**About You**
- Proven ability to develop & maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders & senior leaders
- Experience in developing operational support for large teams
- Proven ability to drive & implement change through influence and collaboration across all levels
- Sales channel management experience desirable
- Property sales experience
