A busy local council is searching for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their busy team. With a busy schedule of works, this role is key to maintaining compliance to the high standards set within this council. With an established leadership team, you will work alongside a network of experienced colleagues to get the best possible results for the community.
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be tasked with
- Certifying buildings to the standards of the National Construction Code of Australia
- Providing specialist technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will need
- Several years experience in a similar role
- Level 2 registered Building Surveyor with the Building Commission Western Australia
- Highly developed interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- 'C' Class Drivers License
