About the Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers in the building industry to achieve sales and volume targets within Perth.
Your Duties
1. Achieve sales growth by offering our current products/services to existing customers, Developers, Builders & Plumbing Merchants and Joinery/Kitchen Companies and Multi Site Retail.
2. Conduct New Business Development initiatives.
3. Manage a select group of existing customers to ensure continued sales and profit growth.
4. Provide technical and product solutions that meet the needs of customer requirements.
5. Maintain up-to-date customer information on the company database within your State.
6. Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize face-to-face customer interactions.
7. Continuously review and recommend improvements to sales strategies to maximize sales and profits.
Skills and Experience
1. 2-5 years' experience in New Business Development.
2. Experience within the building industry is preferred, ideally with Joinery/Kitchen Companies, Developers, Builders & Plumbing Merchants.
3. Proactive approach to New Business Development.
4. Exceptional deal-closing skills.
5. Solution-oriented selling expertise.
