We have a exciting opportunity for an experienced **Store Manager **to join our** Burnside Boutique**, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the sass & bide brand.
Leading your team, you will be responsible for end to end store operations.
**You will have**:
- Previous management experience in a luxury fashion retail or similar (concession experience valued)
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Proven success in building and nurturing a VIP customer base
- Robust leadership & people skills - lead, coach and develop your team in their current role and toward career goals
- A passion for fashion - you already know & wear the latest trends, and are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise the needs of the business;
