What does the job look like?
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehousing activity within the Rosehill facility, guiding a dynamic team to deliver operational excellence and customer value.
Key areas:
* Build strong, proactive customer‑centric relationships.
* Implement initiatives to control costs, maximise profit and meet customer objectives.
* Investigate and resolve customer issues and maintain engagement.
* Formulate and monitor KPIs to optimise warehouse performance.
* Analyse and articulate weekly performance results to senior leadership.
* Utilise warehouse resources effectively to achieve or exceed service expectations.
* Lead, motivate and manage operational teams for collaboration and efficiency.
* Promote safety‑first standards and uphold safety, COR and quality requirements.
Are you the one?
We are looking for a manager who demonstrates effective decision‑making and people leadership in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
* Extensive experience delivering large‑scale warehousing solutions.
* Financial and commercial acumen with strong analytics skills.
* Proven ability to develop and sustain high‑performance teams and culture.
* Influential stakeholder management, budgeting, resource allocation and capital planning.
* High‑level negotiation and communication skills, including dealings with staff, unions and third parties.
