About the Role
The Administrative Support Specialist role is a valuable addition to our existing team, providing essential support to our legal teams in delivering best outcomes for clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and providing appropriate information, as well as organizing support or services for clients with complex legal and non-legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determine and provide appropriate information and organize support or services for clients with complex legal and non-legal issues
* Provide clerical and administrative support to legal teams to deliver best outcomes for clients
Key Requirements:
* Australian citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia
* Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
This role provides a range of interactions, including reception duties, phone enquiries, and administrative tasks. You will be a collaborative team player who consistently delivers high-quality support services with professionalism and reliability.
