Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator – Full Time

Reports to: Supply Chain Manager
Position Overview
The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching parts.
This role ensures technicians have timely access to parts while maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.
The position works closely with technicians, purchasing, and service teams to support seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and unload deliveries safely and accurately
Pick and pack orders for jobs and transport
Load company vehicles and courier shipments efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse
Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
Monitor stock levels of common consumables and notify when reordering is required
Ensure all items are correctly labelled and stored
Provide parts to technicians quickly and accurately
Follow all safety protocols and manual handling standards
Learn parts interpretation and purchasing processes
Provide backup support to the Parts Interpreter role when required (including sourcing and ordering parts)
Collaborate closely with purchasing to support supply chain operations
Participate in cross-training to ensure continuity of operations and team flexibility
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years' experience in warehouse or logistics roles
Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (including work at heights)
Strong understanding of health, safety, and manual handling practices
Ability to lift and move parts and supplies up to 30kg
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while managing inventory
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Current Driver's Licence
Forklift Ticket (required)
High Risk Work Licence
High school certificate
