What you'll be doing:
* Oversee day-to-day operations across a network of Melbourne stores, ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and high performance
* Lead franchise development, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing operational support
* Optimise store efficiency by managing delivery platforms, POS systems, and operational processes
* Drive business growth through operational improvements, menu innovation, and supplier management
* Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, budgeting, and expansion initiatives
* What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' senior operations or multi-site leadership experience within QSR or hospitality
* Experience in franchising and new store openings (QSR experience highly regarded)
* Natural leader with a passion for mentoring, developing, and uplifting teams
* Strong commercial mindset, confident in budgeting, reporting and building key stakeholder relationships
* Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
* RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications
