**The Opportunity**
As part of the Remediation Team, this role will partner closely with the Head of Remediation to deliver high quality Project Coordination and BAU services at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa's customers.
**_ This is an initial permanent full-time position, based in our Sydney office. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home._**
**How will I help?**
You will add value by:
- Leading the collection, collation and dissemination of remediation portfolio data information.
- Working with business teams to collate information on remediation activities across HI, including: customer complaints, risk management (Protecht) and project delivery management systems (Wave).
- Producing remediation portfolio status reporting, covering in-flight and pipeline remediation matters.
- Supporting the Head of Remediation in identifying and prioritising the remediation pipeline.
- Partnering closely with the Head of Remediation, and business initiative owners to develop a deep understanding of the Bupa business, key stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies within the remediation portfolio (including scope, cost and timeframes)
- Assisting Head of Remediation with planning, setting-up and facilitating stakeholder workshops as required

**What do I need?**
- 1-2 years' experience working in a business project management support role; or 3+ years' experience in a strategic change project role (i.e. business analyst or similar) with some Project Management responsibilities).
- Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); with MS Project experience desirable - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good report writing skills / ability to learn - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
